We’re a very small, family owned sauerkraut company that sources 99% of the ingredients within 10 miles of the kitchen. We buy from certified organic farmers who support biodynamic farming practices.
Our krauts are made in micro-batches and are fermented in glass vessels to prevent any plastic exposure. We fermented for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure maximum probiotic benefits. Our facility is gluten and dairy free. We have sustainable business practices and strive to provide the most nutrient dense and nourishing foods.
Important: Our krauts are a raw, live culture food and may continue to ferment during transit. This may cause some leakage to occur. Once you receive your kraut please open the jar slowly over the sink to release any pressure built up. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
