A garden variety sauerkraut that includes organic cabbage, organic carrots, organic kale, organic spinach and organic collards. Ingredients are sourced locally within 15 miles of our kitchen. Traditionally fermented in glass crocks with weights and airlocks to ensure a proper ferment that is not exposed to any plastic. We use an extended ferment time to maximize the probiotic benefits. A nice, mild flavored kraut that compliments all dishes.
